Ashley started solo as a mobile physical therapist traveling to patient’s homes in 2022. She naturally brought on seasonal therapists to keep up with patient requests while ensuring everyone stayed 1:1 with their own provider for continuity of care.
In 2024, added on a space inside a local gym which allows patients to choose between being seen at their home, their work, or CCPT’s office. Last year Cape Concierge welcomed a full time physical therapist, along with a multidisciplinary team. Patients were looking for services like Pelvic Health, Menopause Coaching, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Massage, and Personal Training - so Ashley found the best providers on Cape and trained them in the CCPT approach to one on one care.
Ashley’s advice to practice owners is to “Just go for it” do the thing you’re afraid to do because it’ll turn out better than you imagined.
