As a physical therapy business owner who runs my NYC practice from Florida, I understand the need for SYSTEMS. My experience working every role in a PT Practice uniquely positioned me to create these systems. They are efficient, easy to operate, and provide structure for my team (without taking away their autonomy!). I even put the steps into language we use as therapists S-O-A-P, a 4 part process.

I’m proud to say my SOAP method of growing a practice has been implemented in 29 practices, in 13 states, across 8 specialties.

Curious if it will work in yours too?

Hi, I’m Stephanie Telibasa, The Planning PT!

You’ve heard of growth mindset. Have you heard of Evolved Mindset?

I was searching for a word that could describe the practice owners in my community. They all use similar language when naming their practices - words like: beyond, redefined, revolutionary…

They choose to associate with the term Physio to distinguish from traditional in network physical therapy practices.

These owners are all on a similar mission. These are not the people screaming F insurance spending all their energy trying to take down the enemy. These are the people who want to open a practice to treat the way they imagined treating when they went to PT school.

The physical therapists that I work with want to provide quality care in a model where they can take a salary to support their families, without being tied to the clinic 24 hours a day.

An article about the Evolved Mindset came up. This is the exact term to describe the owners I love helping, and purely love being around.

The Evolved Mindset has 4 characteristics:

  1. Quest for knowledge

  2. Inner curiosity

  3. Open mindedness to failure

  4. Humility for success

The owner with this mindset goes through cyclic learning for a constant evolution to higher degrees to achieve greatness.

Knowledge. Resilience. Quality care.

These are the physical therapists I want to help.

These are the physical therapists I want to bring together.
